Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment in Grants Pass, Oregon. This 13-week travel role offers 36 hours per week, with 8-hour daytime shifts, in a supportive outpatient setting.

You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a caring medical team while enjoying the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
• Recent outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills with an orthopedic focus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation programs, exercises, and home exercise plans.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, home programs, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
