Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 18-week assignment in Siler City, NC. The role offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and collaboration with a dedicated clinical team to support patient recovery across hospital and clinic settings.

Required are a valid PT license and BLS certification; a Doctorate in PT is preferred, with new grads welcome to apply. Comprehensive benefits and travel pay accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred
• PT experience welcomed; new grads encouraged to apply
• Licensure or certifications may be required for this position

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to identify functional limitations
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and therapists for integrated care
• Educate patients on home exercise and injury prevention
• Maintain safe treatment environments and infection control
• Assist with discharge planning for community/home settings
