Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Lancaster, New Hampshire. You will work with patients to assess conditions and craft personalized care plans while documenting medical histories and progress.

Collaboration with supervisors and team members is essential to ensure quality patient care. The role includes 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 17-week assignment starting ASAP, with benefits and support from the Solomon Page network to assist your travel

Qualifications

Certification from an accredited program
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension
Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Work closely with patients to learn about conditions and create a personalized care plan.
Document a patient’s medical history and progress
Communicate problems to supervisor and other team members
