Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Walla Walla, WA. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high‑quality care.

This travel role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Applicants must hold an active PT license in the state, have a current BLS certification, and possess strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New graduates welcome to apply; relevant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests, history, and exams to identify needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapy plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention strategies.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment following infection control and safety standards.
• Engage in QA and professional development to stay current with best practices.
• Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions home or to community settings.
