Job summary

Medical Talent is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Navasota, Texas. The role requires a DPT/MSPT/BSPT and active state licensure (or ability to obtain). You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans of care, and document services in compliance with guidelines.

Join a supportive team on a 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week and day shifts, delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility while collaborating with care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
