Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Stevens, Pennsylvania. The role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift scheduling, and travel benefits with comprehensive clinical support from a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Physical Therapy license, BLS certification, and preferably a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, with the ability to work in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, interventions, and outcomes.
