Ardor Health Solutions seeks a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week SNF assignment in Moses Lake, WA. You will evaluate patients, design rehab plans and work with nurses, OTs and SLPs to restore mobility. The role runs 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday, in a SNF setting.

This opportunity focuses on older adults, improving independence after illness or injury. Prior SNF or geriatric rehab experience is preferred, with strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in Washington required or eligible.
• Graduate of accredited PT program with clinical training.
• Experience in geriatric or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training and balance activities.
• Assist transfers and functional mobility with an interdisciplinary team.
• Address strength, endurance and mobility limitations.
• Participate in discharge planning and documentation.
