Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting patients in improving day by day.
• Instructing patients on how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage, and maintaining patient records.
