Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Saint Helens, OR. Start ASAP and work 40 hours weekly with 8-hour day shifts in a hospital or rehab setting.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team while adhering to safety and infection control standards. Travel compensation and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain using various techniques.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
