Advantis Medical is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ at Select Specialty Hospital - Phoenix. The role pays $2,242 per week on a Days shift (5x8 schedule) and involves delivering patient-centered care within your scope of practice.

You will evaluate patients, implement individualized treatment plans, administer therapeutic exercise, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Physical Therapist experience.
• Must hold licensed Physical Therapist certifications and licenses as mandated by Arizona and national regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload.
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals.
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team.
