Qualifications

• 1 year of Physical Therapy staff experience.
• Associate degree or required certifications.
• Current state license.
• A valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services in accordance with treatment plans.
• Maintain patient progress notes and communicate with supervisors.
