Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Potosi, MO. The role offers 40 hours weekly, dayshift, and a comprehensive benefits package with competitive pay.

The ideal candidate holds a Missouri license, BLS certification, and may have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. New grads welcome with appropriate qualifications; travel-friendly clinical team support is provided.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Missouri
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification is required

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations
Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals
Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain
Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment safely
Assess progress and document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to coordinate care
Educate patients on home exercise programs and body mechanics
Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Participate in quality assurance and professional development
Assist in discharge planning for community or home-based settings
Perform other duties within scope of practice
