Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Merced, California. Start date 09/14/2026, 40 hours per week, days shift, travel employment type. License in CA and BLS required, Doctorate preferred; New Grads welcome to apply.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and work with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care. Travel benefits and competitive pay provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in California
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is preferred? (noted in description)
• New grads welcome to apply; Doctorate preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify functional limitations and needs
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans
• Use PT techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations and outcomes accurately in medical records
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Maintain safe treatment environment and ensure infection control
