Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Blue Hill, Maine. The role is 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts, supporting rehabilitation services for our client facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (or DPT with NPTE) and has at least one year of experience, plus an active PT license and CPR certification. Travel benefits include housing options and comprehensive credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in process for licensure
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity.
• Educate patients and families in physical therapy methods.
• Develops a plan of care for each patient.
• Provides skilled physical therapy services per physician orders.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to meet patient goals.
