Job summary

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Kentucky.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical conditions using tests and history to identify needs.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
- Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients on home exercise and self-management.
- Maintain infection control and safety in therapy sessions.
- Support discharge planning and community transitions.
