Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Algona, IA. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Iowa or equivalent
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; new grads welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine functional limitations and treatment needs
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
• Perform PT treatments and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and colleagues for coordinated care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
