Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Must hold Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting patients in getting better day by day.
• Instructing patients on proper exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage, and maintaining patient records.

Education

Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice

Current BLS certification
