VyTalent Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Charleston, West Virginia. The role is hospital-based, with 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 16:30, starting ASAP.

You will provide comprehensive PT services across floors, including acute care and skilled nursing units, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. Eligibility requires BLS and a Physical Therapist license, a temporary WV license, or a PT Compact license.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Physical Therapist license or temporary license through WV Board of Physical Therapists, or PT Compact License.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across hospital floors (acute care and skilled nursing).
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support hospital staff in maintaining safety and certification standards.
