Medical Solutions Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sidney, Ohio. The role requires outpatient experience and an Ohio license, with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week on days in an outpatient/clinic setting.

A dedicated recruiter supports travel housing, benefits, and licensure reimbursement. Position details include a Mostly Outpatient setting with some inpatient coverage, training on Meditech, and a 7:00a–6:30p schedule Monday-Thursday and Friday

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient setting; inpatient a plus.
• Ohio license required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients.
• Perform assessments, reassessments, progress notes.
• Clinic support as needed.
• If a Therapist role, there will be Assistant support; patient treatment per plan of care.
