Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Elk Grove, California. The PT will supervise staff, manage documentation, and coordinate plan of care with the Medical Center, while complying with state regulations. Requires BLS and CA licensure; travel assignment details include 40 hours/week, days shift.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience; 6 months may be considered for exceptional backgrounds. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of experience; for exceptional candidates, 6 months may be considered.
• BLS and state-specific licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within setting following facility guidelines.
• Adhere to PT board rules and state regulations.
• Collaborate with Medical Center staff to plan care.
• Understand adaptive equipment needs.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care.
• Modify care plan as patient condition changes.
• Use Medical Center systems for daily tasks.
• Provide timely documentation per guidelines.
