Job summary

Towne U.S. LLC in Citrus Heights, California is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence.

This on-site position offers a competitive weekly pay of $2,648, housing and travel stipends, and dedicated recruiter support to help you transition between assignments. Start ASAP; shift is Days - 5x8h. Towne U.S.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active PT license in the state of assignment or ability to obtain
• Preferred: minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized PT treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and functional mobility interventions
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize rehabilitation outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in discharge planning and recommend continued therapy services when appropriate
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on restoring function and reducing pain
