Responsibilities

• Physical Therapy department setting
• 40 hours per week, schedule 08:30-17:00
• Weekend requirement of every fourth weekend, including one Saturday per month
• Holiday coverage required for two of three major holidays
• No on-call requirements
• Covid vaccination is not required for this role
• Candidates should begin discussing contract extension 45 days before assignment end date
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate depending on facility location
• Only one submission allowed system-wide per candidate for Ascension positions
• Position offers auto-offer status upon qualifying submission
