TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Banning, CA. The PT will work 40 hours per week, 8-hour days, and will oversee PTAs while ensuring compliant care and documentation.

Candidates need at least 6 months of experience, BLS, and state licensing. New grads may apply; the role requires strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology and the ability to navigate medical records and state regulations.

Qualificações

• Must have 6 months of experience; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Must have BLS and state-specific licensing.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
• Experience supervising PTAs and therapy staff is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the setting following facility guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians for plan of care.
• Understand adaptive equipment and devices for patients.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care; modify as needed.
• Use hospital EMR systems and document per guidelines.
