Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This 13‑week role offers 40 hours per week with dayshift hours (9 hours per day) and focuses on rehabilitation services across referred patients.

The therapist will assess patients, develop plans of care, and deliver interventions per physician orders while collaborating with the care team. Requires Doctorate or PT degree with NPTE, accreditation, CPR, and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions per physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
