Qualifications

• Active PT license in the state of practice or multi-state licensure with licensing assistance for travel assignments.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; strong candidates welcome regardless of years.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength and function.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies for continued recovery.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment and properly use equipment.
