Ideal candidates hold a DPT or MPT, an active PT license or multi-state eligibility, and at least one year of clinical experience. Travel readiness and strong teamwork are essential for success on diverse clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program.
• Active PT license in the practicing state or eligibility for licensure in multiple states (licensing assistance provided).
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document therapy outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery strategies.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and properly use equipment.
