Vetted Health seeks a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Clarkston, GA. The contract runs 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and an ASAP start. Must have 2+ years of PT experience.

Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, treatments and outcomes; evaluating functional status; developing plans aligned with goals; communicating changes to the care team; and performing reassessments to update the plan of care. Housing and travel support are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with current state license.
• 2+ years of PT experience required.
• Travel PT assignment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
