Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE.
• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Minimum one year's experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure as a PT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation and direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals per patient capacity.
• Document patient condition and educate patients and families.
• Develops plan of care and provides skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborates with disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
