National Staffing Solutions-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in West Salem, Wisconsin. The position offers a 13-week contract, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts and ASAP start.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and guiding exercise techniques while maintaining records. Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited PT program, hold state licensure, and maintain current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients’ condition(s), developing individual treatment plans, and assisting your patients in getting better day by day
• Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques, providing stimulation or massage and maintaining the patients’ records

Education

Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school

Physical Therapist license / Licensure in the state of practice

Current BLS certification
