Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Moraine, Ohio. This role offers 40 hours per week, day shifts, and a travel-friendly schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

As part of our clinical team, you will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality care. New grads welcome, license verified, and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in therapy sessions.
• Participate in discharge planning and quality assurance activities.
