Qualifications

• 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience.
• Licensed PT in good standing.
• Willingness to travel and work 40 hours per week.
• Travel assignments and ASAP start are required.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
• Evaluate functional status and develop treatment plans aligned with clinician goals.
• Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team.
• Perform reassessments and update the plan of care based on patient response.
