Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hermann, Missouri. This role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and the chance to work in facilities that provide comprehensive benefits.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized rehabilitation programs, document care, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure safe, effective outcomes. Licensure and BLS are required; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• Physical therapy experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Other certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and prevention.
