Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE
• Minimum one year's experience as PT or PTA in a clinical setting
• Current CPR certification and active licensure or in process

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care
• Establish and administer treatment plans with goals based on patient capacity
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
