Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in West Grove, Pennsylvania. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across hospitals and clinics.

Responsibilities include developing personalized plans, documenting outcomes, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and educating patients on home programs while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in PA or eligible to practice.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop treatment plans.
• Administer PT interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and other health professionals for care.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
