Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Norwood, Massachusetts. The PT will evaluate and treat patients across hospital, clinic, and rehab settings, building evidence-based plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
• Must be able to collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the care team to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control.
• Assist with discharge planning and transitions to community/home care.
