You will provide patient-centered rehabilitation care, complete timely documentation, and coordinate with the care team; assignments start 09/22/2026 with 40 hours per week.

Weekly pay ranges from $2,443 to $2,572 and benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and signing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active license in Rehabilitation
• 1 year full-time Physical Therapist, Rehabilitation experience within the last 2 years

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a collaborative rehabilitation team
• Perform direct patient care and timely documentation
• Coordinate with the care team during assignment, duties confirmed during recruiter interview
