Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• TX Physical Therapist PT license.
• Current BLS/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Implement interventions in various settings.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation.
