Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an 11-week assignment in Roswell, GA. You will work 40 hours per week, typically 8-hour days, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve patient mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinical, or rehab settings.

The role requires GA PT licensure and a current BLS certification; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred, with strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with Georgia state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limits.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans based on assessments and goals.
• Deliver PT interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
