Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (APTA approved).
• Active state licensure to practice in Tennessee or eligible to start assignment.
• BLS certification may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings.
• Familiarity with NetHealth on iPad and point-of-service documentation.
