Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in West St. Paul, Minnesota. You will deliver outpatient PT services, evaluate patients, and adapt treatment plans while enjoying the travel lifestyle and the support of a national therapy partner.

This assignment offers 40 hours per week, an 8-hour shift, and a 13-week duration with housing assistance and comprehensive benefits. No new grads are considered for this role.

Qualifications

• PT degree from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Orthopedic experience required.
• No new grad.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in travel assignment.
• Assess, treat and document patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with facilities and care team across locations.
