Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist to assist patients in Georgia, helping them recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. The role supports diverse sites across Atkinson, Coffee, Ware, Clinch, Bacon, and Pierce counties with a 8am-5pm schedule on weekdays.

Requirements include a PT degree from an approved program, current GA or compact license, and experience in home health settings. Comprehensive benefits and housing assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active State Licensure required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide physical therapy services across assigned counties in Georgia.
• Adhere to schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday; no on-call duties.
