A great outpatient clinic is looking for an experienced or newly graduated, hard-working Physical Therapist / PT to join their growing team for a contract assignment!

The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for assessing referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including providing direct patient care, assessing medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and establishing a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient's capacity and tolerance under the physician's direction. Additionally, the PT must set realistic goals, document patient conditions, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods.

Requirements include:

  • Graduation from an accredited school.
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of obtaining it.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Develop a plan of care for each patient.
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders.
