• Adhere to facility policies; avoid float to other clinics as specified.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• First Time Travelers accepted
• New Grads accepted

Assignment Details

• Float to other clinics: No
• Patient population includes active adult, ortho, and pelvic
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow up visits expected
• OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked
