Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Sherwood, Arkansas. The role is 40 hours per week, with dayshift schedules and a full-time travel contract. AR licensure and BLS are required, with at least 1 year of PT experience preferred.

Compensation is paid weekly and includes benefits through SHC. Travel allowances and tax-free stipends may apply; the posting notes extension potential based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Arkansas

Physical Therapist Contract Details

• $1,592 - $1,762 per week*
• 13-week full-time contract with possibility of extension
• Rehab facility setting
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
