Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in physical therapy
• Physical Therapy experience; new graduates are welcome
• Other certifications or licenses may be required

Essential Functions

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, examinations, and patient history.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Use physical therapy equipment and modalities safely and effectively.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise, proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‑management.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment, adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice as assigned.
