Responsibilities

• Work closely with other members of each patient’s care team to provide adequate follow-up care.
• Maintain excellent records of patient therapy and progress.

You will also work closely with other doctors or members of the health team to arrange follow‑up care, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence in their lives.
