Job Summary: Outpatient Ortho NEW GRAD FRIENDLY

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will meet with 8‑12 patients in a day, discuss their treatment needs and goals, and craft customized therapy plans. You will also work closely with doctors or other members of the health team to coordinate follow‑up care, educate patients on lifestyle changes, and provide a positive, affirming presence. The ideal candidate exhibits a compassionate style of care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from diverse backgrounds and discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each patient
• Create a therapy plan specific to each patient that helps them meet mobility goals
• Collaborate with the patient’s care team to ensure adequate follow‑up care
• Maintain accurate records of patient therapy and progress
