Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Valencia, CA at Lifepoint Rehab - Henry Mayo Newhall ARU. This role pays $2,359 per week on a Days shift with a 5x8 schedule.

You will support patient care through specialty-specific clinical services, perform assessments and treatments, document patient progress, operate relevant medical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to help deliver quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans and functional goals
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and gait and mobility training across a varied caseload
• Reassess progress and adjust each plan of care to keep patients advancing toward their goals
• Direct and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and the interdisciplinary care team
