Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA, NV, WA.
• 1-3 years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under supervision.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Perform phlebotomy and processing duties following established practices.
• Verify patient demographics and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image to patients and staff.
