Job summary

Any Lab Test Now is seeking a Phlebotomist Floater to support operations across Tennessee locations. You will be deployed where coverage is needed, travel between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin, and ensure a seamless patient experience.

The role requires CPT/ASCP/NHA certification and 3+ years of phlebotomy experience, with strong venipuncture skills and a commitment to quality and HIPAA-compliant procedures.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical, lab, or retail health setting.
• Proficiency in venipuncture across diverse patient populations.
• Strong understanding of specimen handling and lab processing procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection accurately and efficiently.
• Process, label, and package specimens per protocols and lab requirements.
• Verify customer ID, confirm test orders, and document collections in POS/LIS.
• Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant collection area.
• Deliver a warm, professional patient experience and explain procedures clearly.
• Travel between Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Franklin as scheduled.
